Role Description

• Resolves routine issues regarding operations, including administration, installations, setups, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime procedures, etc.
• Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolving routine problems. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Should have increased awareness and exposure to technical principles, concepts and techniques.
• You will collaborate on maintenance, modification, and problem resolution of our systems to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations. You will serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource, providing technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of the team or as an individual contributor.

• Team of 3, supporting a large banking institution.
• Team has regular exposure to central engineering and various technological domains.
• Organization offers several learning opportunities and courses

• End-user-support engineer to join our Frankfurt based Technology team.
• You will collaborate on maintenance, modification, and problem resolution of our systems to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations serving as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
• Engage in business impacting incidents and work through to resolution. For example pc/laptop/thin client, virtual desktop, printers, audio visual/telepresence, Android/iOS mobility, network connectivity, server maintenance, IP telephony, data centre management etc.
• Possess strong technical and interpersonal skills. Hold recent certification in Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MSCE or from other competent authorities.
• Support on software and system fault diagnosis, analysis and fix
• Take ownership of all user problems through to completion
• Proactively keep customer updated with problem status at all times
• Engage with technology partners & 3rd Parties on a day to day basis
• Participate to Disaster Recovery testing and Business Continuity
